How Wingify handles data breaches?
We will send out email notifications to inform users about any accidental, unauthorized access, or data breach within 48 hours after the breach is detected. Wingify data breach constitutes accidental or unlawful destruction, data loss, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorized access to customer personal data. Please note that customers are responsible for ensuring that their emergency contact information is updated with Wingify at all times.

Has Wingify completed any third-party security assessments or penetration tests?
Yes, Wingify runs Vulnerability Assessment Penetration testing (VAPT) on an annual basis through a third-party service provider.

Where are Wingify data centers located?
Our Content Delivery Network (CDN) runs using a Global Load Balancer, deployed in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and the backend servers are spread across 14 locations, each in Japan, Australia, Singapore, India, Brazil, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, 2 cities in the UK, and 4 cities in the US to help us serve dynamic requests for tests. However, all Wingify data is stored in one of the following three data centers: - The us-east4 data center of GCP, located in Northern Virginia
- The europe-west1 data center of GCP, located in Belgium

How long does Wingify retain data for my account?
Wingify stores customer data as long as the customer’s Wingify account is active. If an account expires, all the relevant data is deleted within the next 90 days.
