Overview
This article provides an overview of how to access the Wingify Pulse Surveys dashboard, set up a new survey, and manage your existing surveys. Use the dashboard as your starting point for creating and organizing all survey activities.
Access the Wingify Pulse Surveys Dashboard
To access the Surveys dashboard:
- Log in to your Wingify account.
- From the main navigation panel on the left, go to Pulse > Surveys.
The Survey dashboard appears, listing all previously created survey campaigns - created across all platforms (Website, Mobile App, and Link).
From here, you can start creating new surveys and manage your existing ones.
Note: If Pulse or Surveys is missing from the navigation menu, it may be because your account does not support these features. They are unavailable on older non-Data360 accounts and on Starter plans of Wingify Insights (Data360). Contact your account manager for more details.
Set Up a Survey
The Wingify survey builder is a step-by-step interface that allows you to create and configure your survey through a structured setup flow. Within the builder, you can choose where the survey will be published, define who should see it, add questions, customize its design, and adjust delivery settings before launching it.
As you progress through the builder, you will work through the survey setup in the following order:
Step 1: Create the Survey and Choose Your Survey Platform
Step 2: Configure Survey Audience and Triggers (Web)/Configure Survey Audience and Triggers (Mobile App)/Configure Link Surveys in Wingify
Step 3: Add and Configure Survey Questions
Step 4: Customize the Survey Appearance (Web)/Customize the Survey Appearance (Mobile App)
Step 5: Configure Survey Delivery (Advanced Options)
Step 6: Launch the Survey
Once the survey is launched and run for a specific duration, you can analyze the survey report. You can use the data collected to identify and address the roadblocks that prevent your visitors from converting.

Manage Your Surveys
From the Wingify Surveys dashboard, you can also manage existing surveys. Wingify provides the following powerful tools to help you organize and control your surveys:
| Use this option on the dashboard | To |
|---|---|
| Search | Quickly locate a specific survey. Enter its Name or the page URL where it is running in the search bar. |
| Filter | Narrow down your list based on: Status: View only campaigns that are Running, Paused, Archived, Drafts, or Trashed. Label: If you use labels to organize your surveys, you can filter them to see only surveys with specific tags. |
| Sort | Organize your survey list. Click the Sort by dropdown to view campaigns by Creation Time, Started Time, Modification Time, Campaign Name, or Creator Name. |
| Bulk Actions | Manage multiple surveys efficiently. You can select multiple surveys using the checkboxes on the left and perform bulk actions such as Start, Pause, Archive, or Delete directly from this page. |
