Access the Notification Preferences Screen

To access the Notification Preferences Screen:

1. Log in to your Wingify account.
2. Navigate to your profile by clicking in the top-right corner.
3. Select Settings from the menu.
4. Go to Accounts > Notification Preferences.

From this screen, you can customize the types of notifications you receive and the channels through which you receive them.

How do Notification Preferences work?

The Notification Preferences Screen is designed to give you full control over which notifications you receive and through which channels. It’s organized into the following components:

Notification Categories

Wingify provides two main categories of notifications:

• Campaign Updates: Stay informed about any changes to your campaign status, such as start, pause, archive, or trash.
• User Management: Receive notifications for user actions in your workspace, including new user additions, deletions, and role changes.
• Learnings: Receive notifications when a learning is updated or a new learning is added.
• Wingify AI activation: Receive notifications around automated insights powered by Wingify AI.
• Websites and Apps: Receive notifications for any unregistered websites identified and archived in your workspace.

For each category, you can enable or disable notifications based on your preferences.

Notification Channels

For each notification category, you can select one or more delivery channels:

• Email: Notifications are sent to your registered email address.
• In-App: Receive real-time notifications directly through the Wingify platform.
• Slack: Get notified in your preferred Slack channel for immediate updates.
