Overview
Woopra is a user journey analytics platform that helps organizations optimize the customer life cycle. It helps in tracking user journeys and collates granular behavioral data for further analysis.

Integrating Wingify with Woopra enables you to send campaign and variation data from Wingify to Woopra. This allows you to analyze visitor behavior, compare key metrics across campaign variations, and gain deeper insights using Woopra's reporting and analytics capabilities.
Before You Begin
- You have an active Woopra account.
- The Wingify SmartCode is installed on your website.
- The Woopra tracking code is implemented on your website.
Create a Woopra Connection in Wingify
Wingify supports the following Woopra connection type:
Send campaign data to Woopra (Push based): Allows you to send Wingify campaign and variation data to Woopra for analytics and reporting.
To create a Woopra connection in your Wingify account:
- Log in to your Wingify account.
- Navigate to Configurations > Integrations.
- Click the Woopra integration tile and click Create Connection.
- Select Send campaign data to Woopra.
- Enter a name in the Connection Name field.
- Click Create Connection.
All configured connections appear under the Config > Active Connections section on the Woopra integration page.
To enable the integration at the campaign level:
- Navigate to Web Experimentation.
- Select the desired campaign, and go to Configuration > Integrations.
- Select Woopra from the list of available integrations.
Specifications of Campaign Data Sent to Woopra
Experiment data is sent to Woopra in different formats depending on when your account was created.
Event name: VWO

Note: target_id and target_name are available only when using the Personalize Holdback feature.
View Reports in Woopra
To view the Wingify campaign data in your Woopra account:
- Log in to your Woopra account.
- From the panel on the top, go to People.
- In the Timeframe field, specify the dates where the campaign was running.
- In the Performed by field, click on the + icon to add a new filter.
- Select vwo from Actions.
- Click on Add Constraint. Select exp_name from the Action Properties list and select contains from the dropdown list. Now click on the blank field to select the campaign name from the auto-populated list.
- Click on Add Constraint again. Select var_name from the Action Properties list and select contains from the dropdown list. Now click on the blank field to select the variation name from the auto-populated list.
- Click on Apply.
