Latest Clicks shows the latest clicks on the URL whereas All Clicks shows all the clicks on a page over time. For example, if the total number of clicks displayed on the dashboard is 6k, the latest clicks will display the most recent 1k clicks, while all clicks will display all 6k clicks.
Note: All clicks option would appear only after the total clicks exceed 5k.
