Introducing Survey Copilot
Survey Copilot streamlines the entire survey process with two core features:
- AI-powered survey creation: Takes the guesswork out of survey design by generating relevant questions based on your defined goals.
- AI-generated survey reports: Transforms raw survey data into concise summaries and actionable insights, saving you time and effort.
AI-Powered Survey Creation
Crafting the perfect survey can be challenging. Determining the right questions to ask is crucial for gathering effective feedback. Wingify's Copilot simplifies this process. Just specify your survey goals, such as understanding customer pain points or collecting product feedback, and the Copilot will generate relevant questions.
- Predefined Goals: Choose from a list of common survey goals (e.g., support experience evaluation, understanding user preferences).
- Custom Goals: Define your own specific goals tailored to your needs.
- Example: If your goal is “Collect Feature Requests,” the Copilot will generate questions designed to uncover customer preferences and identify areas for improvement.
Regenerate and Refine
Not satisfied with the AI-generated questions? Easily regenerate questions until you have the perfect set. You can also rewrite individual questions while maintaining the context of your survey goals.
AI-Generated Survey Reports
Once you’ve collected responses, Wingify’s AI-powered reports help you quickly understand the results. No more manual sifting through data! Key features include:
- Summary & Key Insights: Get a concise overview of your survey results, highlighting the most valuable insights, including feedback comments.
- Actionable Suggestions: The Copilot analyzes the feedback and provides specific, actionable recommendations for improvement, whether it's a product tweak or a marketing adjustment.
Note: Copilot needs a minimum of 25 responses in order to generate the survey summary.

- Question Bank: Leverage Wingify's question bank for inspiration and pre-written questions. Add your custom questions to the bank for future use.
