It may appear complex to move the subscribers from one vendor to another. But with Wingify Engage, it is pretty quick and straightforward.
Let’s see how you can request automatic migration of subscribers from your existing vendor to Wingify Engage.
Prerequisite
An HTTPS implementation is necessary, which means you must host the service worker yourself rather than relying on the provider to do so. Otherwise, migration would not be possible.
Procedure

Remove or uninstall the existing vendor's JavaScript code from your website. However, keep the service worker file intact.
Attention: The existing vendor service worker file is mandatory for migration. If removed, migration would not be possible. - Add Wingify Engage’s SmartCode on your website.
- Host Wingify Engage’s service worker file in the same directory as the existing service worker file.
Once you have completed the procedure, contact Wingify Support so that we can verify your setup and start the migration process.
