Overview
The Integrations dashboard is accessible from the left navigation panel, under Configurations. It is available across all Wingify plans and gives you a central place to discover, filter, and manage all Wingify integrations.
Navigate the Integrations Dashboard
When you open the Integrations dashboard, integrations are displayed as cards in a grid. They are grouped into two sections:
- Connected Apps — Integrations you have already set up and connected to Wingify.
- Available Apps — Integrations available to configure. Each card shows a Click to connect link.
Each integration card displays:
- Integration name and logo
- A brief description of the integration
- Connector type tag (for example, Push-based, Targeting) — indicates how the integration connects to Wingify
- Active status badge — shown on connected integrations
- Number of connections — shown when multiple connectors are configured (for example, 2 connections)
- Manage — opens the integration detail page for connected integrations
Search for Integrations
Use the Search Integrations bar at the top-left of the dashboard to find a specific integration.
The search supports full names as well as common abbreviations and nicknames. For example, you can type GA to find Google Analytics, without needing to type the full name.
Filter Integrations
The dashboard offers two ways to filter integrations: the Add Filter button and the Filter by Category dropdown.
Add Filter
Click Add Filter + (next to the search bar) to apply one or more filters. You can combine multiple filters to narrow results. Active filters appear as tags in the filter bar, and a Clear All option appears to reset them.
Three filter types are available:
Product
Filter integrations by the Wingify product they support. Options include:
- Wingify Feature Experimentation
- Wingify FullStack
- Wingify Insights – Web
- Wingify Personalize – Web
- Wingify Pulse
- Wingify Rollouts – Web
- Wingify Testing – Web
Connection Type
Filter integrations by how they connect to Wingify. Options include:
- ABM – Identify — Integrations that identify accounts or visitors for account-based marketing
- ABM – Import data — Integrations that import account or audience lists into Wingify
- Connector — General-purpose integrations that push or pull data between Wingify and a third-party platform
- Data enrichment — Integrations that enhance visitor profiles with additional data
- Digital asset management — Integrations that connect Wingify to digital asset or content management systems
- Push-based — Integrations where Wingify sends data to the third-party tool
- Session Recording — Integrations related to capturing and analyzing visitor session data
Status
Filter integrations by their connection status:
- Available apps — Integrations that are available but not yet connected
- Connected apps — Integrations that have at least one active connector
Filter by Category
The Filter by Category dropdown is located at the top-right of the dashboard. Use it to browse integrations by category, such as Analytics, CMS, Call Tracking, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Data Warehouse, and more. Select one or more categories to filter the grid.
Understand Integration Cards and Detail Page
Click on any integration card, or click Manage → on a connected integration, to open its detail page.
The detail page includes the following tabs:
- Info — Overview, benefits, use cases, shared data, and metadata such as supported Wingify products and the related setup article
- Help — The integration-specific Knowledge Base article
For integrations with existing connections, the Config tab is also available, where you can view, manage, or delete your connectors.
Request a New Integration
If you cannot find the integration you need, click Request new integration in the top-right corner of the dashboard. This sends a request directly to the Wingify product development team.
If no results appear after applying filters, the dashboard also shows a Didn’t find an integration you were looking for? Request new integration prompt, along with a Show all integrations link to reset your filters.
Understand User Permissions
Access to the Integrations dashboard and the ability to manage integrations depends on the user’s role in Wingify:
| Access Level | Connect/Disconnect Integration (Integrations Dashboard) | Connect/Disconnect Integration (Campaign Settings) | Access Integration Details |
| Browse | No | No | Yes |
| Design | No | No | Yes |
| Publish | No | Yes | Yes |
| Admin | Yes | Yes | Yes |
