Overview
Wingify Pulse consists of two modules, each with its own listing page. These modules include:
- Surveys
- Concept Tests
While each module serves a different purpose, the listing interface, structure, and available actions are identical across both. Surveys help you capture contextual feedback from visitors through in-app surveys with custom triggers. Concept tests allow you to collect early feedback on Figma prototypes or UI mocks to take informed design decisions. In both modules, Wingify displays campaigns in a structured table, allowing you to quickly assess their status, review key metrics, and take actions without opening individual records.
From the Survey or Concept Test listing page, you can:
- View and manage campaigns in a single, structured layout.
- Monitor performance using key metrics such as displayed, attempted, and completed responses.
- Filter campaigns based on attributes such as Status, Creator, Creation and Start Date, Platform, or Labels.
- Customize visible columns to focus on the most relevant data.
- Perform bulk actions such as archiving or deleting campaigns.
The next section outlines how different roles can use the Survey and Concept Test listing pages in Wingify Pulse.
Role-based Usage Examples for the Wingify Pulse Listing Pages
Based on their role, different personas can use the Wingify Pulse listing pages in different ways:
Role |
Usage |
|---|---|
| UX Researcher | Monitor active surveys and concept tests to track response rates. Quickly open campaigns to review feedback and identify patterns in visitor responses. |
| Product Manager | Use the listing page to track which concept tests and surveys are live, monitor completion rates, and prioritize follow-up actions based on collected feedback. |
| Designer | Check the status of concept test campaigns to see whether early feedback has been collected on prototypes or UI mocks. You can use these results to make informed design iterations. |
| QA / Quality Analyst | Verify that surveys and concept test campaigns are running correctly and displaying to the right audience. Use search and filters to quickly locate specific campaigns for debugging. |
| Growth / Experimentation Manager | Scan across both modules to monitor the overall health of feedback collection campaigns. Use bulk actions to efficiently archive or clean up completed or inactive campaigns. |
These examples highlight how the listing pages serve as a shared workspace, enabling different teams to manage feedback collection, track engagement, and act on insights.
Access and Navigate the Pulse Campaign Listing Pages
This section outlines how to access and navigate the listing page for each Wingify Pulse module. While each module has its own listing page, the structure, layout, and available actions are the same across both modules.
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- An active Wingify account with access to Wingify Pulse.
- The required user role and workspace permissions to access relevant campaigns. For more information, see Roles and Permissions in Wingify.
To access a module's listing page:
- From the Wingify dashboard, navigate to Wingify Pulse and select the module you want to work in:
- Surveys
- Concept Tests
Each module opens its own listing page, displaying all campaigns created within that module.
- Use the Create button at the top-right corner to create a new campaign, or browse the listing table to monitor performance and take actions on existing campaigns.
The following sections describe the actions and features available on the listing page. Unless explicitly noted, everything applies to both modules.
Understand the Pulse Campaign Listing View
By default, campaigns are displayed in a structured table. Each row represents a campaign, displaying key details in individual columns. Clicking anywhere on a row opens the detailed view or report for that campaign.
Note:
- Columns are available only in the Table View. In the List View, details are presented in a simplified, stacked format without column-based organization. Use the view toggle at the top-right of the listing page to switch between Table View and List View.
- Switching views does not affect your data or filters. It only changes how the information is presented, allowing you to choose the layout that best suits your workflow.
Both the Surveys and Concept Tests listing pages share the same set of columns. The following table describes each column:
Pulse Module Listing Page Columns
Column |

|---|---|
| Name | The name of the campaign, along with the associated URL. Clicking the row opens the campaign's report view. |
| ID | A unique identifier auto-assigned to each campaign when it is created. Useful for reference and debugging. |
| Status | Indicates the current state of the campaign, for example, Running, Paused, or Draft. |
| Displayed | Number of times the survey or concept test was displayed to visitors. |
| Attempted | Number of visitors who started but did not complete the survey or concept test. |
| Completed | Number of visitors who fully completed the survey or concept test. |
| Created On | Date the campaign was created, along with the creator's name. |
| Started On | Date when the campaign started running. |
| Labels | Tags applied to organize and categorize campaigns. |
Filter Campaigns
Filters help you quickly narrow down or search for campaigns based on specific attributes, especially when working with a large number of records.
To filter campaigns on the listing page:
- Click Add Filter at the top of the table.
-
Select the filter type from the dropdown. The available filters include:
Filter
Description
Status Filter by campaign state, for example, Running, Paused, or Draft. Campaign Creator View campaigns created by specific users. Creation Date Filter based on when the campaign was created. Start Date Identify campaigns based on their actual start date. Labels Filter using assigned labels or tags for better organization. - Choose one or more values for the selected filter. The table updates automatically to reflect the applied filters.
You can apply multiple filters simultaneously to create more refined views, for example, running campaigns created by a specific user within a date range.
Customize Your Pulse Campaigns Listing Page View
The listing table is fully customizable, allowing you to tailor the view based on your role, analysis needs, or workflow. By adjusting the visible columns, you can focus on the most relevant metrics for your module.
To customize the table:
- Click the column settings icon (⚙) at the far right of the table header. This opens the column configuration panel, where you can manage the displayed data points.
- The Active view section shows all currently visible columns.
- The Available columns section lists additional data points you can include.
-
Drag and drop columns to reorder them based on priority.
Tip: Place frequently used fields toward the top, so they appear on the left in the table, for quicker scanning.
- To add a column, select the checkbox next to the desired field from the Available Columns section.
- To remove a column, clear the checkbox for any active column you no longer need.
- To revert to the default view, click the Reset icon
at the top-right corner of the panel.
Wingify applies changes immediately, allowing you to iterate on your view without disruption.
Perform Bulk Actions on Pulse Campaigns
The listing page allows you to take action on multiple campaigns simultaneously, helping you manage large volumes of records more efficiently.
You can perform the following bulk actions on selected campaigns:
- Action: Moves campaigns out of the active listing without deleting them. Archived campaigns are retained for future reference but are no longer visible in the default view.
- Delete: Permanently removes campaigns from your account. This action cannot be undone. Deleting a campaign also deletes all associated data.
To manage multiple campaigns at once:
- Select the checkboxes next to the campaigns you want to modify.
- Click Archive to move selected campaigns out of the active list, or click Delete to permanently remove them from the account.
Note:
- Bulk actions apply to all selected campaigns at once, so ensure you have selected the correct campaigns before proceeding.
- Archived campaigns cannot be modified.
- Deleting campaigns is irreversible. Use this option only when you are certain the campaigns are no longer needed.
