As a best practice, ensure that the following IP addresses of our servers are whitelisted on your network. In case your website has restricted access—like a staging website or a geo-location-based website that’s not accessible from certain locations, for example, if your servers have blocked US IP addresses (Our editor uses a server located in the US to open the webpage)—and the website page doesn’t load in the Wingify editor after installing Wingify SmartCode, having these IPs whitelisted will allow your restricted website to be accessed through the editor.
You could surely use Wingify on the staging environment and install the Wingify tracking code snippet on the staging URLs. The following IP address needs to be whitelisted:
- 35.245.139.209
