Problem Statement
I am using Wingify on my website, but when I try to open a page, it shows a blank screen.
Resolution Steps
There could be two possible reasons for the blank screen:
- Wingify Smartcode is added twice on the same page. Make sure that you have only one instance of Wingify Smartcode on a webpage or update to the latest version of the Smartcode which has the ability to overcome multiple instances.
- DOM-ready event fails to fire on the page for some reason. Click here to know more about DOM events.
