Once you have created a campaign in Wingify, you can schedule it to run at a later point in time. Not just this, you can choose how frequently your campaign must run, whether daily, weekly, or at any other interval.

- Click the Running status dropdown using either of the following:
- From the campaigns list: Click the Running dropdown next to the campaign.
- From inside the campaign: Click the Running status button at the top of the campaign page.
- In the Next Steps panel, click Schedule Campaign.
- Set your desired start and end date and time for the campaign.
- Click Confirm.
Note: The default timezone for the schedules is the one that you have configured for your Wingify account under Settings > Campaign > Locale Settings > Timezone. However, you can change the timezone as suitable for your campaign by selecting the appropriate one from the Timezone dropdown.

Want to Repeat a Schedule?
To schedule your campaign to run at certain intervals automatically, you can use the Repeat option to set and repeat a specific schedule. For example, you may want to repeat a schedule every day for a month.
Note: By default, the Repeat option is disabled.
To repeat your schedule, check the Repeat checkbox, select the appropriate option from the Repeat dropdown and configure it as follows:
- Daily - This option is selected by default, and it allows you to repeat the schedule on a daily basis or once in any number of days up to 20 days. You can configure the repetition interval in the Repeat Every dropdown, which is defaulted to 2 days. By default, the schedule is set to end after 2 repeat scenarios. You can modify this with any number you require. You can either choose to end the schedule after a certain number of occurrences or on a select date and time.
- Weekly - Select this option to repeat the schedule on a weekly basis or once in any number of weeks up to 20 weeks. You can configure the repetition interval in the Repeat Every dropdown, which is defaulted to 2 weeks. Additionally, you can also select the day(s) of the week at which you want the repetition to occur. By default, the schedule is set to end after 2 repeat scenarios. You can modify this with any number you require. You can either choose to end the schedule after a certain number of occurrences or on a select date and time.
- Monthly - Select this option to repeat the schedule on a monthly basis or once in any number of months up to 20 months. You can configure the repetition interval in the Repeat Every dropdown, which is defaulted to 2 months. In addition to that, you can also choose to have the repetition based on either the selected day of the month or the day of the corresponding week at which the schedule is set to start. By default, the schedule is set to end after 2 repeat scenarios. You can modify this with any number you require. You can either choose to end the schedule after a certain number of occurrences or on a select date and time.
For all options, set when the repetition ends:
- After X occurrences: Ends after a set number of occurrences.
- On a specific date and time: Ends on a selected date and time.
A Summary at the bottom displays a plain-language description of your configured repetition (e.g. Repeats every 2 days, 2 times).
To add another schedule condition, click + Add new schedule.
Here’s a case that will help you understand how a campaign is typically scheduled.
Let’s say you wish to create a schedule where your campaign should start every day at 6 AM GMT and pause at 10 PM GMT for a month. For this, you need to create two separate schedules. One to start your campaign and another to pause it.
For the start schedule, click on Add new schedule, select the Start on option from the dropdown, and specify the date on which the schedule should start. Select the time as 06:00 and the timezone as GMT from the Time and the Timezone dropdowns, respectively. Now, you select the Repeat option to configure the repeat of this schedule. Select the Daily option and set the Repeat Every dropdown to 1 day. To end the repeat of the schedule at the end of the month, choose the second option in the Ends section and specify the corresponding date and time.
Similarly, for the pause schedule, click on Add new schedule, select the Pause on option from the dropdown, and specify the date on which the schedule should pause. Select the time as 22:00 and the timezone as GMT from the Time and the Timezone dropdowns, respectively. Now, you select the Repeat option to configure the repeat of this schedule. Select the Daily option and set the Repeat Every dropdown to 1 day. To end the repeat of the schedule at the end of the month, choose the second option in the Ends section and specify the corresponding date and time.
Now, you needn’t set up a personal reminder to schedule your Wingify campaign. It’s automated.
