NOTE: If your Wingify account is enabled with Data360, you will be able to use Metrics instead of Goals for tracking standard and custom events on your website. Unlike Goals, Metrics can be used across campaigns and can track multiple conversions.
Goals are user activities that you want to track on your website. A goal could be- click on buttons or links, form submits, engagement on a page, and so on. Thus, whenever a visitor performs the event you defined, Wingify will record a goal conversion.
The goals in Wingify enable you to compare the performance of the Control against the Variations by collecting data to measure the impact on your conversion rate or sales revenue. In Wingify, you can track multiple goals in a single test campaign.
Different types of goals available in Wingify:
- Track page visits on
- Track engagement
- Track form submits
- Track clicks on links
- Track clicks on element(s)
- Track revenue
- Track custom conversion
