Share a Link to Your Wingify Campaign

Overview

A shareable link gives people outside your Wingify account, such as clients or cross-functional stakeholders, read-only access to a specific campaign without requiring them to log in to Wingify.

What the link opens depends on the campaign's status: for a Running, Paused, or Completed campaign, recipients land on the live Report tab. For a campaign still in the Draft state, recipients land on the Configuration tab instead, so they can review the setup before it goes live. You can control how long the link remains active and can revoke it at any time.

For example, a client wants to review how variation A is performing against the control on this quarter's homepage test. Instead of scheduling a call or granting them access to your account, you generate a link that opens directly to that campaign's reports and set it to expire in 15 days.

Generate and Share a Link to Your Campaign

Sharing is available in the campaign's action menu once all mandatory campaign configuration steps are complete.

To generate and share a campaign link:

1. Open the campaign you want to share.
2. Click the More Options icon (⋮) available at the top right corner of the campaign dashboard.

3. Click Share.

   Note: Share stays disabled until all mandatory campaign configuration steps are complete.
4. Set how long the link should stay active before generating it. In the Share campaign report panel, set the Expiry duration between 1 and 120 days. Wingify displays the resulting expiry date below the field.

5. Click Generate shareable link. Once generated, Wingify confirms the link is active and shows how many days remain before it expires.

   Note: The link's destination isn't fixed at generation time. If the campaign is Running, Paused, or Completed when someone opens the link, they see the Report tab. If the campaign hasn't started yet, they see the Configuration tab instead.
6. Click Copy shareable link to copy the URL and share it however you choose.
7. To send it directly from Wingify, toggle Share via email, enter the recipient's address under To, and edit the pre-filled Subject if needed.

8. Click Send. The recipient receives the link in their email inbox.

   Note: Anyone with the link can view the campaign. Wingify does not require the recipient to log in.

Manage Your Campaign’s Shareable Link

Once a shareable link is active, you can update its expiry duration or revoke it. You don't need to generate a new one to change how long it stays available or to shut off access altogether. Reopen the Share campaign report panel to extend, shorten, or immediately end a recipient's access to the campaign.

To update or revoke access:

1. Reopen the Share campaign report panel from the campaign's More Options menu (⋮) > Share.
2. Click Change expiry to extend or shorten the link's active period and click Update expiry duration.
3. Click Revoke link to disable it immediately.

After you revoke a link, the panel returns to its default state. Generate a new link if you want to share the campaign again.

Troubleshooting

FAQs

• Can I have more than one active link for the same campaign?
  No. Each campaign supports one active shareable link at a time. Use Change expiry to update the existing link rather than generating a new one.
• What happens when the link expires?
  The link becomes inactive automatically. Generate a new link, or use Change expiry before the current one lapses to avoid interrupting access.
• Does emailing the link from Wingify create a different link?
  No. Share via email sends the same shareable link that Copy shareable link copies. Both options use the same URL.
• Can I set an expiry longer than 120 days?
  No. The maximum expiry duration for a shareable link is 120 days.
