Wingify’s AI-powered features are built on a privacy-first foundation. Protecting individual privacy and data rights is fundamental to how Wingify operates.

EU AI Act Alignment
The EU Artificial Intelligence Act establishes a risk-based framework for AI systems, with stricter requirements for higher-risk applications. Wingify’s AI use cases are designed and implemented as minimal-risk systems, keeping them compliant with the Act's requirements. Wingify does not engage in biometric identification, emotion recognition, or automated decisions that affect individuals' rights or safety. Where relevant, Wingify performs risk and impact assessments, maintains technical documentation for AI features, and conducts bias and robustness testing.
What do Wingify's AI Features Do?
Wingify's AI assists you in performing optimization tasks. It is powered by third-party AI models, including OpenAI’s large language models, Google Gemini, and image generation models, all integrated securely within the Wingify platform. It only generates suggestions or outputs and does not make final decisions on your behalf.
Current AI-assisted capabilities include:
- Generating and recommending website text variations
- Generating alternate images for website elements
- Recommending design makeovers for A/B tests
- Generating AI-powered testing ideas and converting them into campaigns
- Configuring campaign pages, segments, and targeting triggers
- Connecting Wingify with external AI tools via Wingify’s MCP Server
- Summarizing and analyzing survey responses, session recordings, and heatmaps
- Answering questions about your experiment data via Wingify’s AI Chat
- Applying Wingify AI learnings to make informed A/B test decisions
How Wingify Protects Your Data in AI-Powered Features
Wingify is designed with data privacy at its core. Here's how your data is handled when you use AI-powered features on the platform:

Your data is never used to train AI models.
Customer Personal Data is never used to train any AI or large language model (Wingify’s own or any third-party provider’s). Contractual safeguards with all AI vendors explicitly prohibit this.

Generative features work without personal data.
Wingify’s generative AI features operate on non-personal inputs, keeping your use of the platform compliant with applicable data privacy regulations.

Only the data that is needed is collected.
Wingify collects and processes only the minimum data necessary to deliver AI-powered features.

AI features are safeguarded using Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PETs) and Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs), including strong encryption in transit and at rest, anonymization and pseudonymization, strict access controls, and continuous monitoring.

Acceptable Use of Wingify's AI Features
All customers and users are expected to use Wingify's AI features responsibly and in accordance with the law.
The following uses are prohibited:
- Generating adult, sexually explicit, or exploitative content
- Creating harmful, abusive, violent, or hate-based content
- Facilitating fraud, deception, impersonation, or misinformation
- Generating content that violates applicable laws, IP rights, or privacy rights
- Targeting individuals or groups in discriminatory or harmful ways
- Promoting self-harm, dangerous activities, or illegal behavior
