The My Subscription section of Subscription & Invoices lets you access the usage information corresponding to your current plan. To access this information:
- Navigate to the Profile menu in the top-right corner, and select Settings.
- Go to Subscription & Invoices > My Subscription > Your Plan section.
Based on your plan, the system typically displays the following information:
- Number of users that you have added to your account
- Number of workspaces that you have added to your account
- Number of Custom Dimensions used
- Data retention time
- Visitor quota usage in each product
Wingify scales your monthly visitor quota consumption using MTU, which stands for Monthly Tracked Users. This represents the number of unique visitors you consume in your campaigns over a billing month. You can choose your Wingify plan based on your average MTU. Click here to learn more.
Note:
- Rollover of quotas is not supported in any plan. Wingify adheres to the policy of counting a visitor just once, regardless of how many campaigns they participate in during the current billing cycle.
- A visitor who appears in a cross-domain tracking campaign will be counted as one, irrespective of the number of domains involved.
Quota Consumption in Wingify Web Experimentation
The pricing for Wingify Testing - Web is primarily based on the number of visitors consumed during tests running on your website.
Visitor quota is consumed as and when visitors become part of the tests running on your website. Each visitor can become part of multiple tests and is counted only once towards the monthly billing cycle.
For example, if three tests are running on your website and a visitor becomes part of all three tests in the same month, then the visitor quota consumed is counted as one.
Data Collection and Retention All your Test data is retained until you have an active paid subscription with Wingify. We do not sample or delete data unless specified through settings or actions in an individual test.
Quota Consumption in Wingify Feature Experimentation
The pricing for Wingify Feature Experimentation is primarily based on the number of Monthly Tracked Users (MTUs).
An MTU is counted when a feature flag is evaluated for a user, and this evaluation requires at least one rule to be active. So, MTU consumption occurs when a user has at least one feature flag evaluated during a billing cycle. Even if the same user is part of multiple campaigns, whether it's a rollout, a personalized experience, or an A/B test—they are counted only once per billing cycle, provided the same user ID is passed across those evaluations.
For example, if a user encounters three feature flag evaluations in the same month, and the same user ID is used consistently, only one MTU is counted for that user for that month.
Data Collection and Retention
All your feature flag and experiment data is retained as long as you have an active paid subscription with Wingify. Data is not sampled or deleted unless explicitly configured in individual flags or tests.
Quota Consumption in Wingify Personalize
The pricing for Wingify Personalize is primarily based on visitors consumed in the campaigns running on your website.
Visitor quota is consumed as and when visitors become part of the campaigns running on your website. Each visitor can become part of multiple campaigns and is counted only once towards the monthly billing cycle.
For example, if three campaigns are running on your website and a visitor becomes part of all three campaigns in the same month, then the visitor quota consumed is counted as one.
Data Collection and Retention
All your campaign data is retained until you have an active paid subscription with Wingify. We do not sample or delete data unless specified through settings or actions in an individual campaign.
Quota Consumption in Wingify Insights - Web
In Wingify Insights - Web, the pricing is based on the volume of visitors included for Heatmaps, Recordings, Forms, and Funnels
The visitor quota is exhausted based on a sampled set of visitors. Based on the volume of visitors purchased, we sample visitors uniformly from traffic to your website (or to the pages where the Wingify tracking code is present) to ensure you get a representative sample across a month. Visitors are counted as unique, which means that once a visitor is sampled, we gather all the data points for Heatmaps, Recordings, Forms, and Funnels for this visitor regardless of how many times they return in that month. To know more about quota consumption, refer to How Wingify Sampling Works.
Data Collection and Retention
All Wingify Insights data (including Funnels, Heatmaps, Recordings, and Forms) are retained on a rolling window basis as per your data retention policy. All your Survey data are retained until you have an active paid subscription with Wingify. We do not sample or delete data unless specified through settings or actions in an individual survey. To know more about data retention, refer to the Wingify Data Retention Policy.
Quota Consumption in Wingify Insights - Mobile Recordings
In Wingify Insights - Mobile Recordings, the visitor quota is exhausted with the sampled set of visitors. Based on the volume of visitors purchased, Wingify randomly samples visitors with a uniform spread across the traffic coming to your mobile application to ensure that you get a representative set for the month.
The consumption is counted for the number of sampled visitors, and all of their sessions are recorded, regardless of the number of sessions or the number of entries they make on your mobile application. To know more about visitor sampling, refer to How Wingify Sampling Works.
Data Collection and Retention
All Wingify mobile recordings are retained on a rolling window basis as per the data retention policy applicable to your plan. All your saved recordings are retained until you have an active paid subscription with any of Wingify’s products. To know more about data retention, refer to the Wingify Data Retention Policy.
Quota Consumption in Wingify Pulse
The pricing for Wingify Pulse is based on the number of Monthly Tracked Users (MTUs).
An MTU is counted when a Pulse survey is successfully served to a unique user at least once in a calendar month. If the same user is served multiple Pulse surveys on the same platform (web, mobile app, or link) in the same month, they are counted only once.
For example, if you are running three Pulse surveys on your website and a visitor is served all three in the same month, the MTU consumed is counted as one.
Understand MTU Counting Across Platforms
Pulse runs on three platforms: your website, mobile app, and link surveys. Each platform tracks users with its own identifier. So, the same identifier (user) surveyed on two platforms counts as two separate users.
So if the same user is served a survey on your website, mobile app, or through a link in the same month, they consume three MTUs, one per platform. Within a single platform, the count-once rule still applies.
For example, if you survey 10,000 users on your website and 5,000 users in your mobile app in the same month, your Pulse MTU usage is 15,000, even if some of them are the same users.
Understand the Quota Refresh Cycle
Your MTU quota refreshes at the start of every month of your subscription.
Your response allowance works differently. It is calculated based on your contracted MTU volume and contract term. The full allowance is made available upfront at the start of your contract rather than being released monthly. It is not tied to a billing cycle, so responses you do not use in one month remain available for the rest of your contract term.
Understand Your Survey Response Allowance
Your Pulse plan includes a response allowance designed for always-on feedback programs. This covers common use cases such as NPS, CSAT, feature feedback, in-product intercepts, and concept validation. Responses are counted separately from MTUs and are not deducted from your MTU quota.
Because response volume varies widely by use case, response usage is governed by the Wingify Pulse Fair Usage Policy. Short-term spikes from product launches, campaigns, or internal initiatives are normal and expected.
Usage is only considered outside fair use when it stays significantly higher than expected over a sustained period, in which case we will reach out to help you move to a higher MTU tier or add response capacity. For more information, see the Wingify Pulse Fair Usage Policy.
Understand Data Collection and Retention
All your Pulse survey and response data is retained until you have an active paid subscription with Wingify. We do not sample or delete data unless specified through settings or actions in an individual survey. For more information about data retention, see Wingify’s Data Retention Policy.
Quota Consumption in Wingify Engage
Wingify Engage has a subscription-based billing model that charges you based on the number of notification subscribers. Every paid plan has an upper limit on the number of subscribers that you can send notifications to. Subscriber quota is consumed as and when visitors subscribe to receive notifications from your website.
For example, say you have opted for a plan with a maximum of 10,000 subscribers. Here, if more than 10,000 subscribers opt in for your notifications, Wingify only attempts to send a notification to the first 10,000 subscribers. However, you are still allowed to collect subscribers, but they will only get the notifications once you upgrade.
Data Collection and Retention
All your Engage data is retained until you have an active paid subscription with Wingify.
