Labels are keywords you can add to your campaigns to group them by factors such as purpose, audience, etc. For example, if you have campaigns that aim at a new product launch, you can add a “new launch” label to them. This way, you can easily group and filter your campaigns. As a result, you can quickly find what you need.
In this article, you’ll learn about how to create and manage your labels in Wingify.
Why Use Labels in Wingify?
The concept of labels in Wingify helps you to filter and organize your campaigns into meaningful categories easily. As soon as you add a label to your campaign in Wingify, an option to Filter by Label appears in the panel on the right of the campaign list page.
NOTE: Labels are only for internal use; they are not visible to the visitors of your campaigns.
For example, consider that you’re an e-commerce website having campaigns around different product lines, such as electronics, clothing, and cosmetics. Now, you wish to gain insights into visitor behavior across individual product lines. How can you achieve this? The easiest way to achieve this is by using LABELS. Here, you can segregate the campaigns based on ‘electronics,’ ‘clothing’ and ‘cosmetics,’ making it easier and quicker for you to locate them in the dashboard.
If not labels, you can achieve this by using a naming convention for your campaigns and then filter them by name. This approach could get quite challenging to adapt when either the number of campaigns grows or if someone is using your workspace and is unaware of what naming convention to use.
In Wingify, you can add one or more labels to the following campaigns- Goals, Funnels, Surveys, A/B, Multivariate, Split URL, Mobile App A/B, Deploy, Fullstack A/B, Feature tests, Observation, and Hypothesis.
NOTE: While adding labels to your campaigns, you can either create a new label or choose from the ones you’ve created earlier.
Manage Labels in Wingify
In Wingify, you can add or delete labels in the Manage labels section.
Add a New Label
In Wingify, you can create one label at a time. To create a new label in Wingify:
- Login to your Wingify account.
- Navigate to the Profile menu in the top-right corner, select Settings, and go to Campaigns.
- To add a new label, scroll down to the Manage Labels section and click Add New Label.
- Enter a name for your label, and click Add Label. You can now use this label in any campaign.
Delete an Existing Label(s)
In Wingify, you can delete one or multiple labels at a time. To delete a label in Wingify, perform this:
Procedure
- Login to your Wingify account.
- Navigate to the Profile menu in the top-right corner, select Settings, and go to Campaigns.
- To delete a label, scroll to the Manage Labels section, click on the vertical ellipsis icon (⋮) corresponding to the one you want to delete, and click Delete.
- If you wish to delete more than one label, click on the checkboxes corresponding to the ones you want to delete, and click on the Delete option that appears at the top.
