Create a Report in Microsoft Clarity Using Wingify Data
Let’s assume you’re looking to change the signup form layout to increase signups. For this, you can use Wingify to run an A/B test with the new design vs the existing one. After running the test campaign, you can send the campaign data to Microsoft Clarity to view session recordings and heatmaps for the corresponding variations.
To view session recordings and heatmaps for your campaign variations in Microsoft Clarity, create an A/B test in Wingify for the new design, enable the Wingify - Microsoft Clarity integration, and perform the following steps:
- Log in to your Microsoft Clarity account.
- From the homepage, go to My Projects and select your project.
- Click on Filters, configure your generic filter options, and navigate to the Custom filters section.
- From the Custom tags dropdown, select Wingify. This will populate your Wingify campaigns in the adjacent field in this format - Wingify-<campaign ID>-<variation ID>.
Note: The custom tags that are pushed from Wingify will take about an hour to reflect in Microsoft Clarity.
