About Wingify - Glassbox Integration
Glassbox is a tool for monitoring and analyzing visitor interactions on websites and applications, providing insights into visitor behavior. It records and replays visitor sessions, optimizes visitor experiences, and has applications in customer support and security testing.
With Wingify-Glassbox integration, you can tag your Wingify campaign and variation data in Glassbox, which lets you filter your visitors by Wingify campaigns to view recordings, heatmaps, and other insights for the corresponding visitor sessions.
Enable Wingify - Glassbox Integration for Your Wingify Account
To enable the Wingify - Glassbox integration in your Wingify account, the following prerequisites must be met:
- You should possess an active Glassbox account.
- The Wingify SmartCode and Glassbox analytics code should be implemented on your webpage.
To enable Glassbox integration in Wingify:
- Log in to your Wingify account.
- From the left panel of your Wingify dashboard, go to Configurations > Integrations to view integrations that can be enabled at the account level. By doing so, the integrations are applied to all future test campaigns by default.
- From the list of integrations, search for Glassbox in the search bar.
- Click on the Glassbox tile. The Glassbox integration page appears.
- Click Create Connection,
- On the Create Connection dialog, click Send campaign data to Glassbox.
- In the Connection Name field, enter a name for your connection.
Once the connection is created, you can enable the integration at the campaign level using the following steps:
- Navigate to Web Experimentation.
- Select the desired campaign, and go to Configuration > Integrations.
- Select Glassbox from the list of available integrations.
Create Report in Glassbox Using Wingify Data
Let’s assume you’re looking to improve your visitors’ experience on your website by changing your product page. To analyze your visitors' overall experience, you can use Wingify to run an A/B test comparing the new design to the existing one. As you run your Wingify test campaign, you can send the campaign data to Glassbox and view the analysis report in Glassbox by accessing their session recordings, heatmaps, and other related information for the corresponding variations.
Typically, you can use your Wingify data to filter your reports in Glassbox. Let’s say you’re looking to filter Glassbox sessions for your visitors based on the imported Wingify data. You can easily do this by performing the following steps:
- Log in to your Glassbox account.
- From the dashboard, go to Recorded Sessions from the main menu on the left. This will display all sessions recorded on your website.
- Click the filter icon to filter the sessions based on your Wingify campaign data.
- Under All category, you can select either of the following dimensions:
- A/B Testing Experiment - To fetch the recordings corresponding to your Wingify campaign data
- A/B Testing Variant - To fetch the recordings corresponding to a specific variation data from your Wingify campaign.
- Select a dimension, set the filter condition as required, and select the corresponding campaign or variation as required.
- Click Apply to filter out the corresponding session recordings
