Overview
The campaign listing page provides a centralized view of all campaigns created across the Wingify Web Experimentation module. It acts as the primary workspace for accessing, monitoring, and managing, your campaigns.
While each module serves a different purpose, the listing interface remains consistent. Campaigns are displayed in a structured table or list, allowing you to quickly assess their status, review key metrics, and take actions without opening individual campaigns.
Depending on the module you are working in, certain columns and data points may vary to reflect the specific functionality of that campaign type.
From this unified interface, you can:
- View and manage campaigns across different campaign types in a single, structured layout.
- Filter campaigns based on attributes such as Status, Creator, Date, or Labels.
- Customize visible columns to focus on the most relevant data.
- Update campaign statuses directly from the listing.
- Schedule campaigns to run automatically.
- Perform bulk actions such as archiving or deleting campaigns.
Building on these capabilities, the following examples illustrate how different roles can leverage the campaign listing page in their day-to-day workflows to monitor, analyze, and optimize experiments effectively.
Role-based Usage Examples for the Campaign Listing Page
Based on their role, different personas in a campaign can use the campaign listing page in different ways:
| Role | Usage |
|---|---|
| Marketing Manager | See which campaigns are currently running and identify experiments that have reached statistical significance or produced a winning variation. Quickly open reports to review results and share insights with stakeholders. |
| Product Manager | Track the impact of feature experiments, such as UI changes or feature rollouts, and monitor improvement metrics to evaluate business outcomes. Identify experiments that require further iteration or additional data. |
| CRO Specialist | Scan multiple experiments to identify high-performing variations and prioritize campaigns based on uplift and statistical confidence. Investigate underperforming experiments to generate new optimization hypotheses. |
| Data Analyst | Validate experiment outcomes using decision indicators and analyze improvement metrics across campaigns. Apply filters to segment experiments by date, type, or creator for deeper analysis. |
| Quality Analyst | Monitor campaign vitals to detect tracking or setup issues and verify that campaigns are running correctly on target pages. Quickly locate specific campaigns using search and filtering for debugging purposes. |
These examples highlight how the campaign listing page serves as a shared workspace, enabling different teams to collaborate, make informed decisions, and drive continuous optimization across the campaign.

The campaign listing page opens, displaying all campaigns for the selected module. From here, you can either create a new campaign or view and manage your existing ones from a single interface.
- Use the Create button at the top-right corner to create and launch a new campaign, or browse the listing table to monitor performance, update statuses, and take actions on existing campaigns.
The following sections in this article focus on how to view and manage existing campaigns from the listing page. For more information on how to create a new campaign, see Create a Campaign in Wingify.
Understand Campaign Listing Columns
By default, campaigns are displayed in a structured table. Each row in the table represents a campaign, with key details displayed as columns. Clicking anywhere on a campaign row opens its Reports section, where you can view detailed campaign performance metrics and results.
Columns are available only in the Table View. In the List View, campaign details are presented in a simplified, stacked format without column-based organization. These details help you quickly assess the campaign’s status and performance without opening it.
Use the view toggle on the top-right of the listing page to switch between Table View and List View.
Note: Switching views does not affect your data or filters. It only changes how the information is presented, allowing you to choose the layout that best suits your workflow.
While the table structure remains consistent across modules, the columns available vary based on the campaign type. The following tables highlight the key details available for each campaign:

Filter Campaigns
Filters help you quickly narrow down or search for campaigns based on specific attributes, especially when working with a large number of experiments. To filter campaigns on the campaign listing page:
- Click Add Filter at the top of the table.
- Select the filter type from the dropdown. The available filters are:
- Campaign Type: Filter by experiment type (A/B, Split, MVT).
- Test Type: Distinguish between Single Page and Multi-page tests.
- Campaign Creator: View campaigns created by specific users.
- Creation Date: Filter campaigns based on when they were created.
- Start Date: Identify campaigns based on their actual start date.
- Labels: Filter campaigns using assigned labels or tags for better organization.
- Choose one or more values for the selected filter.
The table updates automatically to reflect the applied filters.
You can apply multiple filters simultaneously to create more refined views, for example, Running campaigns created by a specific user within a date range.
In addition to filtering, you can customize the campaign listing page to control how campaign data is displayed.
Customize Your Campaign Listing Page View
The campaign listing table is fully customizable, allowing you to tailor the view based on your role, analysis needs, or workflow. By adjusting the visible columns, you can focus on the most relevant metrics, whether you're monitoring performance, validating setups, or managing campaigns at scale.

Manage Campaign Statuses
The campaign listing page allows you to control the lifecycle of your experiments directly from the table, eliminating the need to open individual campaigns for basic status updates. This makes it easier to quickly start, pause, or conclude experiments as part of your day-to-day workflow.
To update a campaign’s status:
- Locate the campaign in the table.
- Click the current status in the Status column.
- Select the desired status from the dropdown menu.
Each status represents a specific stage in the campaign lifecycle. For more information about each campaign state and the campaign lifecycle, see Campaign State Lifecycle in Wingify.
Important:
- Once a campaign is archived, you cannot update its status.
- Status transitions follow a defined workflow. For example, campaigns typically move from Draft → Ready to Launch → In QA → Running → Ended/In Analysis.
- Changing a campaign’s status (especially to Running or Ended) directly impacts data collection and experiment results, so ensure the campaign is correctly configured before updating its state.
Visualize the Workflow
To understand the allowed transitions between statuses:
- Click on the status of any campaign.
- Select See status workflow.
A pop-up appears, illustrating the lifecycle from Draft to Ended.
Schedule a Campaign
The campaign listing page allows you to automate when a campaign starts or stops by configuring scheduling rules. This is useful when you want campaigns to go live at a specific time, pause automatically, or stop after reaching a defined traffic threshold, without requiring manual intervention.
Note: This feature applies only to Web Experimentation campaigns.
To schedule a campaign directly from the listing page:
- Locate the campaign in the table.
- Click the Status dropdown for the campaign.
- Select Schedule Campaign.
- In the Schedule modal, check the Enable scheduling checkbox. For detailed step-by-step instructions on configuring scheduling conditions, see Schedule a Campaign in Wingify.
- After defining the required conditions, review the configured schedule. Once confirmed, click Save Changes to apply the scheduling rules.
The campaign will now follow the defined timeline without requiring further manual updates.
Perform Bulk Actions on Campaigns
The campaign listing page allows you to take action on multiple campaigns simultaneously, helping you manage large volumes of experiments more efficiently. Bulk actions are particularly useful for tasks, such as cleaning up inactive campaigns or organizing completed tests.
You can perform the following actions on selected campaigns:
- Archive: Moves campaigns out of the active listing without deleting them. Archived campaigns are retained for future reference but are no longer visible in the default view.
- Delete: Permanently removes campaigns from your account. This action cannot be undone, and all associated data is deleted.
To manage multiple campaigns at once:
- Select the checkboxes next to the campaigns you want to modify.
- Click Archive to archive the selected campaigns active list.
- Click Delete to permanently remove them from the account.
Note:
- Bulk actions apply to all selected campaigns at once, so ensure you have selected the correct campaigns before proceeding.
- Archived campaigns cannot be modified.
- Deleting campaigns is irreversible. Use this option only when you are certain that the campaigns are no longer needed.
